Fall’s Turning Leaves Attract Tourists to New Hampshire
The leaves may be yellow, orange, and red, but area merchants in northern New Hampshire are seeing green.
State tourism officials say about3.5 million visitors will come to the Granite State as the annual fall foliage season hits its peak.
Those visitors are predicted to add about 1.7 billion dollars to the state’s economy.
Beyond the changing leaves, top attractions include apple cider and cider mills, maple syrup and hot, fresh donuts, as well as the charm of picturesque New Hampshire towns.
