Attempted Murder Trial of Dale Holloway Set to Resume in Nashua

The attempted murder trial of Dale Holloway is scheduled to resume in a Nashua courtroom.

Holloway, who is acting as his own attorney, is accused of shooting and injuring two people at a church in Pelham over four years ago.

On Friday, a judge denied Halloway’s request to have the case against him dropped.

Holloway is planning to use an insanity defense.
