State Lawmakers Make Another Attempt At Redrawing Congressional Maps

(Concord, NH) — Lawmakers have made yet another attempt at redrawing the state’s Congressional districts.

A committee revealed a map yesterday that would make the First District a toss-up between Republicans and Democrats and would give Democrats the advantage in the Second District.

It would also move Manchester into the Second District, meaning Congressman Chris Pappas and Congresswoman Annie Kuster would be in the same district.

Governor Sununu’s office released a statement saying that he is reviewing this proposal.
