New Developments in Manchester Montgomery Case

There are some new developments in the ongoing legal case against Adam Montgomery.

His lawyers are now asking for assault and murder charges that have been filed against their client to be split into two separate trials.

His defense team made the request after saying it recently received additional information. Montgomery is accused of killing his five-year-old daughter Harmony Montgomery.

His murder trial is currently scheduled to start February 6th.
