Committee Recommends Legalizing Marijuana In NH

A House committee has voted in favor of legalizing marijuana for adults in New Hampshire.

The Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee has recommended passage of a bill that would establish procedures for the legalization, regulation and taxation of cannabis and licensing of cannabis businesses.

The bill goes to the Finance Committee and the full House
