Airman Who Set Himself on Fire was SNHU Student

•New information has been released about the airman who died after setting himself on fire outside the Israeli embassy in Washington, DC.

Authorities now say that 25-year-old Aaron Bushnell was studying engineering at Southern New Hampshire University.

Bushnell began a livestream over the weekend where he called the ongoing Israeli military campaign in Gaza genocide and also yelled the phrase ‘Free Palestine.’

The investigation into what motivated Bushnell to do this is ongoing.
