Gunfire Investigation in Manchester

Police are investigating gunfire Monday night in Manchester.
Officers responded to a parking lot in the vicinity of Concord and Dutton streets.
While searching the area where a spent shell casing was found, a juvenile reported being shot at on Concord Street.
