AG Says Officers Justified In Using Deadly Force

The NH State Attorney General’s Office says seven officers were justified in using deadly force during a standoff in Kensington.

Last July, Anthony Previte was killed by police outside of a residence during an incident that triggered a standoff and a shelter-in-place order.

Previte ran at law enforcement with a modified handgun before being shot.

A toxicology report revealed Previte had traces of marijuana compounds in his blood when he died.
