Belichick Leaving the New England Patriots

After 24 years, including six Super Bowl rings, Bill Belichick’s tenure as head coach of the New England Patriots is at an end.

Multiple sources reported Belichick and team owner Robert Kraft reached an agreement on the future Hall of Famer’s departure.

In the four years since quarterback Tom Brady left via free agency in 2020, the Pats have had three losing seasons including a 4-13 record for the season that ended Sunday.

The Patriots now begin the search for the 15th head coach in franchise history.
