Belmont Police Looking for Witnesses After Attack

Belmont police are looking for witnesses following a reported attack in a parking lot.

A woman tells WMUR she was involved in an incident Sunday that began when she honked the horn of her vehicle at another driver who appeared to be running a red light.

That driver followed the woman to a Shaw’s grocery store lot before allegedly grabbing her.

She was able to scream for help and the person ran away.
