Boston Marathon Qualifiers Registration Open

Qualifier registration is officially open for the 130th Boston Marathon.

Athletes who have met the qualifying standards can apply now through Friday.

Organizers said applications are not considered on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications will be reviewed.

Around 30,000 runners are expected to participate in next year’s race.

The 130^th Boston Marathon will return on Patriots’ Day, Monday, April 20, 2026.
