Brand-New Development in Ongoing Legal Case Involving Adam Montgomery

There’s a brand-new development in the ongoing legal case involving Adam Montgomery.

According to WMUR, his lawyers have filed a motion to push back the start of his trial on weapons charges.

His attorneys want Montgomery’s trial delayed from May 31st until August if a judge decides not to preclude two possible witnesses from testifying.

Montgomery is also accused of murdering his daughter Harmony, and jury selection in that case is expected to begin in late November.
