Campus Carry Bill Is Facing A Test

A bill allowing students, staff and faculty to carry guns on college campuses is facing a test in the NH State House and Senate today.

Supporters believe the measure would be a boost to public safety on campuses.

However, opponents claim say this legislation could lead to things like more violence and higher suicide rates at public schools.

An amendment is being proposed that’d ban gun carrying at sporting events and political rallies inside a campus arena.
