Cannabis Legalization Bill Tabled By State Senate

It looks like efforts to pass a cannabis legalization bill won’t be completed during this year’s legislative session.

That’s because the Senate has decided to table a bill approved by the House of Representatives.

It’s the second time the Senate has chosen to take action on a legalization bill without an up or down vote.

Majority Leader Regina Birdsell says Governor Ayotte has promised to veto any cannabis measure that gets to her desk.
