Charges Expected Against Speeding Teen

A teenager is expected to face multiple charges after a high-speed crash at the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.

According to Newington police, the 17-year-old was going about 110 miles per hour Saturday night moments before they collided with another car.

The speed limit in the area just before the traffic circle is 35 miles per hour.

Minor injuries were reported and the name of the teen isn’t being made public.
