Child Advocate Makes Hampstead Hospital Visit

The woman who serves as New Hampshire’s child advocate has made a visit to Hampstead Hospital.

Cassandra Sanchez went to the facility Tuesday following recent incidents of violence against staff members.

Sanchez spoke with children who are patients at the psychiatric hospital and says there was not really any negative feedback that was given.

She did raise concerns about the lack of activities that are available to kids and says boredom has been known to escalate into violence.
