City of Manchester Launches New Homeless Program

The city of Manchester is launching a brand-new program to help out homeless individuals.

The program is going to provide those individuals with identification cards and their birth certificates at no charge.

Officials say not having these important documents can be a roadblock for people who want to find a place to get medical care or apply for a job.

This initiative is being paid for by the city and Catholic Charities.
