City of Manchester Looking for Street Team Bids

The City of Manchester is looking for bids from contractors to create a so-called downtown street team.

A program is expected to launch this summer aimed at boosting public safety, cleanliness and hospitality.

Activities would include trash can cleaning, graffiti removal, landscaping and street fixture upkeep.
