Commission to Study Legalizing Marijuana in NH

A commission could be established to study the feasibility of legalizing marijuana in New Hampshire.

The House-Senate Conference Committee agreed Wednesday to form the commission.

However, the proposal must still be approved by both the House and Senate before the June 29th legislative deadline.
