Communities Struggling With Snow Removal Costs

Communities in New Hampshire are feeling the financial strain of what has so far been an active winter.

Officials in places like Manchester and Portsmouth are worried they could end up going over their snow budget if things continue.

While there haven’t been any major storms yet, there have been a few long-duration events that have dropped snow, rain and ice.

Those type of storms cost cities and towns more because road crews are out longer.
