Concord Man Arrested on Warrants

A 34-year-old Concord man was arrested on drug-related warrants Monday in Hooksett.

Aaron Cipriano was captured after he fled the I-93 rest area building on foot in an attempt to evade police.

He was charged with possession of drugs and released on bail.

Cipriano is due in Hookset District Court in April.
