Concord Man Charged in Connection with Basin Street Shooting

A 33-year-old Concord man is facing multiple drug and weapons charges following a shooting on Basin Street last month where he sustained minor injuries.

Shane Vannest turned himself in to the Concord Police Department last week after officers collected enough ‘physical and digital’ evidence and witness testimony to justify charges.
