Concord Man Charged with Assault at Food Pantry

A 48-year-old Concord man faces felony charges for allegedly pistol-whipping another man near a food pantry in Concord.

Police said it happened around 7:30 Tuesday night on the grounds of Christ the King parish on South Main Street.

Bluestone Antoine Rhau was identified after officers reviewed surveillance footage, he was located and arrested around 10pm.
