Concord Man Gets 40 Years For Setting House Fire That Left An Elderly Man Dead
(Concord, NH) — A Concord man who started a fire almost two decades ago that left an elderly man dead faces a 40-year prison sentence.
Local court officials say 49-year-old Richard Ellison was hit with the sentence on Friday following his conviction for second-degree murder in the death of 84-year-old Robert McMillan in December 2005.
