Concord Man Indicted in Deadly Crash

A Concord man is under indictment for negligent homicide for allegedly causing a deadly crash last year in Northwood.

Court documents indicate Howard Goodman is accused of driving over the double yellow line on Route 4 on July 8th of last year hitting a motorcycle.

Channel 9 reported the motorcyclist, identified as 77-year-old Phillip Allen of Northwood, died at the scene.
