Concord Mayor Jim Bouley Not Running for Reelection

In a heartfelt announcement Monday night, Concord Mayor Jim Bouley said he will not be running for reelection this November.

After serving the city for 26 years with 16 as mayor, Bouley notified the community of his decision.

As mayor, he’s most proud of the economic growth he’s seen in the city, the presentation of balanced budgets, the council’s continued consideration of all members of the community, his involvement in the redevelopment of downtown Concord and his commitment to transparency.
