Concord Police Adding Trail Patrols Following Double Homicide
(Concord, NH) — Concord Police are adding patrols to the city’s trail system following the double homicide of Steve and Wendy Reid.
Concord Police Chief Brad Osgood says the Merrimack County Sheriff’s office will send officers on mountain bikes to patrol the city’s recreational areas.
Manchester based Nault’s Powersports has provided two ATVs for officers to use during those patrols.
Concord police say they have received more than 70 tips related to the Reid’s case.
Their bodies were discovered on April 21 near the Marsh Loop trail, part of the Broken Ground trail system.
