Deadly Police Force in Manchester Shooting Justified

An investigation into an officer-involved shooting death in May of 2023 in Manchester has been completed.

Attorney General John Formella said based on the final report of all the facts and circumstances, the use of deadly force was legally justified when 26-year-old Alex Naone was shot and killed.

No charges will be filed against the four police officers who were involved.
