Dover Police Warning Residents About Dangers of Sick Animals

Police in Dover are warning residents about the dangers posed by sick animals.

Animals such as raccoons, foxes and skunks have been found recently near Portland Avenue and Forest Street.

Many of the animals needed to be put down so they didn’t hurt anyone.

The animals weren’t able to be tested for rabies and people are urged to ensure their pets are up to date on vaccinations.
