Drowning in Newfound Lake Monday Evening
A man drowned at Newfound Lake in Bristol around six p.m. Monday.
The State Police Marine Patrol identified the victim as 38-year-old Ole Romero, of Charleston, South Carolina.
He was found 140 feet from shore and pronounced dead at the scene.
State Police said Romero’s death is not considered suspicious.
