Epsom Man to be Arraigned on Charges He Threatened Bow Store Workers

An Epsom man faces arraignment Monday on charges he phoned a local store in Bow on Friday and threatened to show up and shoot employees.
Officials say 65-year-old Kenneth Osborne was arrested after police used cellphone data to ID him as a suspect.
No one at the Blue Seal store on Hall Street was hurt.
