Executive Council Approves Interstate Plan

A plan to install more safety barriers on Interstate 95 is getting the green light from the NH Executive Council.

The barriers will be added along a five-mile stretch of highway between Route 151 in North Hampton and Sherburne Road in Portsmouth.

That area has been the site of several fatal crashes over the last few years.

This project is expected to be complete by the fall of 2026.
