Expanding Criminal Statute for Enticing a Minor

A bill in the New Hampshire House would expand the law prohibiting enticing minors to engage in sexual activity.

The law currently makes it illegal to use an electronic device to entice minors.

The bill would make it illegal to do so in person as well.

The committee did not issue an immediate recommendation.
