Final School Contract Approval in Manchester

The Manchester Board of Mayor and Aldermen gave final approval Tuesday night to five new school department union contracts.

The Board of School Committee had previously approved the contracts which will go into effect June 1st, 2024.

The website manchesterinklink.com reported Superintendent Jennifer Chmiel Gillis said the new contracts will be critical in recruitment and retention of staff.
