Final Victim Of Bear Brook Murders ID’d

Thanks to DNA testing, the last known victim of the Bear Brook murders has been identified.

The NH state Attorney General’s office says the body of a young girl discovered in 1985 were the remains of Rea Rasmussen. She was the daughter of Terry Rasmussen, who killed three people in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s before putting their bodies in Bear Brook State Park in Allenstown.

Terry Rasmussen passed away in prison back in 2010 and anyone with information on these murders can contact the AG’s Cold Case Unit.
