Former Laconia State School Closing Date

January 15th is the final closing date for the sale of the old Laconia State School.

However, at Wednesday’s Executive Council meeting, Governor Chris Sununu said if the buyer needs a little more time that would likely be allowed.

The governor also noted that, if necessary, the state could quickly get the property back on the market.
