Former Manchester Restaurant Manager Under Indictment

The former general manager of The Foundry Restaurant in Manchester is under indictment on a felony theft charge.

The indictment alleges 48-year-old James Peretti of Merrimack, stole money from the business during almost all of his nearly four-year tenure as the GM.

He’s accused of taking more than $140,000.

Peretti is scheduled for arraignment April 8th in Hillsborough County – Northern District Superior Court.
