Former Portsmouth Cop Indicted

A former Portsmouth police officer has been indicted for embezzlement.

Dean Outhouse of Stratham allegedly stole over 17-thousand-dollars from the Portsmouth Police Patrolmen’s Association between June of 2019 and June of 2022.

The felony charge is punishable by up to 7 years in prison.
