Former Rochester Nursing Home Employee Sentenced

A 48-year-old Rochester woman pleaded guilty and was sentenced Thursday on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking.
The Attorney General’s Office said that while working at a nursing home as a billing coordinator between May 2019 and May 2022
Jennifer Bryant stole over $71,000 in Social Security funds that belonged to a resident.
She was sentenced to five to ten years in state prison and ordered to pay restitution.
