Gov. Ayotte Undecided If Formella Will Remain AG

NH Governor Kelly Ayotte remains undecided if she’ll be keeping John Formella on as New Hampshire’s Attorney General.
Formella’s current term is up at the end of the month and it’s unclear if Ayotte will renominate him for another four years in office.
A senior adviser for the governor says that as a former prosecutor, she cares deeply about the Department of Justice and its future.
Formella replaced ex-Attorney General Gordon MacDonald who stepped down to become the chief justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
