Governor Ayotte Still Opposed To Legalizing Marijuana

President Trump said this week the administration is considering reclassifying marijuana to make federal penalties for possession and sales less severe.

New Hampshire Governor Kelly Ayotte said if federal law changes, she will have to comply.

However, she continues to be against legalization on the state level.

The governor said her concerns include quality of life, mental health of youth and road safety.
