Governor Ayotte Threatens A Budget Veto

NH Governor Kelly Ayotte is threatening to veto the state’s two-year 15-point-six-billion-dollar state budget.

House and Senate negotiators reached agreement yesterday.

Citing several major concerns, the governor said 11th hour back room deals fail to deliver for all of New Hampshire’s residents.

The Legislature is expected to vote on the proposed budget next week.
