Hannaford Recalls Chicken Breast Kits Due Unlisted Allergens
(Scarborough, ME) — Hannaford has announced a recall involving some ready-to-eat chicken breast meals sold at its stores.
The items were shipped to locations in New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts,New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
The supermarket chain says the Taylor Farms products don’t have wheat and soy listed as ingredients which could lead to allergic reactions.
The meal kits were produced between March 19th and 22nd and are in containers labeled as “Hannaford freshly made meal chicken breast.”
No illnesses have been reported and anyone who purchased this product can return it for a full refund.
