Health Officials Issue Warning About Flu

NH State health officials are issuing a warning to residents about the dangers of the flu.

The Department of Health and Human Services says the deaths of 59 adults have been tied to the illness since flu season began back in October.

The flu is still considered to be widespread in the Granite State and that will likely be the case into at least the middle of May.

Residents are urged to protect themselves by practicing good hygiene and getting a flu shot if they haven’t already.
