Injured Person Rescued After 24 Hours in Campton

A person with an injured leg was found and rescued Sunday after over 24 hours perched on a rock at Livermore Falls in Campton.

Rescuers were alerted when someone heard screams for help.

They rigged a rope system and helped the victim into a boat.

The person was taken to Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth.
