Investigation Underway in Two Fires on Same Penacook Street

An investigation is still underway into whether two fires that happened on the same street in Penacook are connected.

The first blaze on Village Street Monday damaged a building owned by Cheney’s Apple House Furniture and the second fire was at a gazebo located near a playground at Penacook Elementary School.

Thankfully, no one was injured in either fire. Anyone who may have information is asked to reach out to the Concord Fire Department.
