It’s Shark Week on Discovery

Kendyl Berna is a documentary filmmaker and environmental scientist from Southern California who specializes in adventure and wildlife TV productions.

She also founded the ocean conservation nonprofit organization Beyond The Reef which does cetacean research, shark tagging, coral monitoring, artificial reef building and ghost fishing gear removal in the British Virgin Islands.

Kendyl is also part of the Discovery Channel’s annual Shark Week and she joined Mike Pomp on the Morning Information Center to chat about her love for the underwater environment.
