Judge Denies Holloway Request for Brand-New Trial

A judge has denied a request made by Pelham church shooter Dale Holloway to get a brand-new trial.

Holloway was convicted of attempted murder a few weeks ago, and wanted the verdict thrown out due to what he claimed was insufficient evidence.

Two people ended up being hit by gunfire at the New England Pentecostal Church in 2019 but survived their injuries.

Holloway will be sentenced in January.
