Judge Rules Granite State Isn’t Properly Funding Public Education

A judge has issued a ruling saying that New Hampshire isn’t properly funding public education.

A lawsuit was filed by 18 school districts claiming the state doesn’t spend enough money per student.

The court says that New Hampshire’s current formula doesn’t account for things like school nursing, food services, and transportation.
