Legislature Passes Cannabis Commission Bill

The Legislature passed a bill late last week to create a commission to evaluate a state-controlled system for the sale of cannabis in New Hampshire.

Additionally, the bill bans the sale of hemp products with high THC levels.

It also eliminates a requirement that patients try other pain reducing drugs before participating in a medical marijuana program.
